arogyasiddhir drishtasya n-anyanushthitakarmana
पथ्यमौषधसेवा च क्रियते येन रोगिणा ।
आरोग्यसिद्धिर्दृष्टाऽस्य नान्यानुष्ठितकर्मणा ॥
A sick person recovers by taking the right diet and medicine himself; no one ever got well because someone else did those things.
What it means
Healing, physical or emotional, requires your own participation. Advice and prescriptions are useless unless you actually follow them. Nobody else can take your medicine for you, so take ownership of your healing.हिंदी में अर्थ
