Valmiki Ramayana 7.39.16 meaning

yavad ramakatham veera shroshyeham prithiveetale tavach chareere vatsyantu mama prana na sanshayah

As long as the story of Rama is told on this earth, O hero, so long may my life remain in my body. Of this there is no doubt.

What it means
This is why Hanuman is believed to be present wherever Rama's name is sung. His only wish is to keep hearing about the one he loves. Devotion finds its life in remembrance.

Spoken by Hanuman.
