Valmiki Ramayana 6.105.10 meaning
atmanam manusham manye ramam dasharathatmajam
yoham yasya yatash chaham bhagavans tad braveetu me
I think of myself as a human being, Rama, son of Dasharatha. Who I really am, whose I am and where I come from, let the Lord tell me.
What it means
When the gods praise him as divine, Rama humbly calls himself a man. Real greatness stays humble and keeps asking the deepest question: who am I, really?
Spoken by Rama.
