rajasanshrayavashyanam kurvateenam par-ajnaya
vidheyanam cha daseenam kah kupyed vanarottama
राजसंश्रयवश्यानां कुर्वतीनां पराज्ञया।
विधेयानां च दासीनां कः कुप्येद्वानरोत्तम॥
These were only servants, dependent on the king and acting on another's orders. Who would be angry with them, best of monkeys?
