Valmiki Ramayana 4.26.17 meaning

esha shokah parityaktah sarvakaryavasadakah vikrameshv-apratihatam tejah protsahayamy-aham

I have thrown off this grief, which weakens every effort. Now I will stir up my unbeaten strength for the brave deeds ahead.

What it means
Rama listens to his brother and chooses to move forward. Sometimes recovery begins with a simple decision: 'I am setting this down now.' Then the strength that was always there can rise again.

Spoken by Rama.
