pitur hi samatikrantam putro yah sadhu manyate
tad apatyam matam loke vipareetam atonyatha
पितुर्हि समतिक्रान्तं पुत्रो यः साधु मन्यते।
तदपत्यं मतं लोके विपरीतमतोऽन्यथा॥
A son who puts right a mistake his father made is truly considered a son in the world; one who does the opposite is not.
What it means
Bharata argues that loyalty to parents includes fixing their errors, not repeating them. Honouring family doesn't mean defending every wrong. Sometimes the most loving thing is to quietly make it right.हिंदी में अर्थ

भरत कहते हैं कि माता-पिता के प्रति निष्ठा में उनकी भूल सुधारना भी शामिल है। परिवार का सम्मान हर ग़लती का बचाव नहीं है। कभी-कभी प्यार चुपचाप ग़लत को ठीक करना है।
