Valmiki Ramayana 2.34.34 meaning

sanvasat parusham kinchid ajnanad vapi yat kritam tan me samanujaneeta sarvash chamantrayami vah

If I have ever said anything harsh while living with you, or done any wrong unknowingly, please forgive me. I now take leave of you all.

What it means
Before leaving for exile, Rama asks forgiveness from everyone. Parting with an apology clears the heart. Do not wait for a farewell to say sorry to those you live with.

Spoken by Rama.
