maheshvare va jagatam adheeshvare janardane va jagadantaratmani
na vastubhedapratipattir asti me tath-api bhaktis tarun-endushekhare
महेश्वरे वा जगतामधीश्वरे जनार्दने वा जगदन्तरात्मनि
न वस्तुभेदप्रतिपत्तिरस्ति मे तथापि भक्तिस्तरुणेन्दुशेखरे॥
Between Shiva, lord of the worlds, and Vishnu, the inner soul of the universe, I see no difference in essence. Still, my heart's devotion goes to the one who wears the young moon on his head.
