In a house where many lived, now only one remains. Where there was one, many came later, and in the end, not even one. So, rolling day and night like a pair of dice, Time plays its game on the board of the world, using living beings as pieces.

What it means
Families grow and shrink, homes fill and empty. Life keeps shifting like pieces on a board. Rather than fearing this, let it remind you to cherish the people sharing your home right now.

Spoken by Bhartrihari.
