Pleasures are many, and all of them break; this whole world is made of them. So, people, for what are you wandering around? Enough of all this running! If you trust my words, calm your mind, clear of the hundred snares of hope, in its own true home.

What it means
We run from one pleasure to the next, but each one breaks. At some point, stop and ask what you are really running toward. Rest your mind in yourself; the home you seek is already inside.
