tasy-eyam prithivee sarva vittasya poorna syat sa eko manusha anandah
Imagine a young man, good and well-educated, quick, steady and strong, and suppose the whole earth full of wealth were his. That is one unit of human happiness.
What it means
The Upanishad starts measuring joy with the best life money and health can buy, then multiplies it a hundredfold again and again. Even the richest life is only the first rung; deeper joy lies in a mind free of craving.
