नास्था धर्मे न वसुनिचये नैव कामोपभोगे यद्भाव्यं तद्भवतु भगवन्पूर्वकर्मानुरूपम् । एतत्प्रार्थ्यं मम बहुमतं जन्मजन्मान्तरेऽपि त्वत्पादाम्भोरुहयुगगता निश्चला भक्तिरस्तु ॥

I have no craving for merit, nor for heaps of wealth, nor for pleasures. Lord, let whatever must happen happen, as my past deeds decide. My one cherished prayer, in this life and every life, is unwavering devotion to your lotus feet.

मुझे न पुण्य की चाह है, न धन के ढेर की, न भोगों की। भगवन, जो होना है वह पिछले कर्मों के अनुसार हो जाए। जन्म-जन्मांतर में मेरी बस यही प्रिय प्रार्थना है कि आपके चरण-कमलों में अटल भक्ति बनी रहे।

सच्ची भक्ति अच्छे नतीजों के लिए ईश्वर से सौदा नहीं। वह जो भी आए उसे स्वीकार करते हुए मन को टिकाए रखना है। ऐसी आस्था ऐसी स्थिरता देती है जिसे कोई परिणाम हिला नहीं सकता।
