In autumn, cool winds blow, fragrant from the lilies; the horizons are lovely, free of clouds; the water is clear, the mud on the earth has dried, and the sky is bright with a spotless moon and scattered stars.

What it means
Clear water and a clear sky come after the mud has had time to settle. A troubled mind works the same way: give it quiet time and it clears on its own. Do not stir it constantly.

Spoken by Kālidāsa.
