Subhashitas Subhashita 451 meaning
yatra naryas tu poojyante ramante tatra devatah
yatr-aitas tu na poojyante sarvas tatr-aphalah kriyah
यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवताः ।
यत्रैतास्तु न पूज्यन्ते सर्वास्तत्राफलाः क्रियाः ॥
Where women are honoured, the gods are delighted. Where they are not honoured, all rituals and efforts bear no fruit.

A home or workplace where women are respected, heard and safe is blessed in every way. No amount of prayer or success makes up for a place where they are belittled.हिंदी में अर्थ
जहाँ स्त्रियों का सम्मान होता है, वहाँ देवता प्रसन्न रहते हैं। जहाँ उनका सम्मान नहीं होता, वहाँ सारे कर्म निष्फल हो जाते हैं।
जिस घर या दफ़्तर में स्त्रियों का सम्मान हो, उनकी बात सुनी जाए और वे सुरक्षित हों, वह हर तरह से धन्य है। जहाँ उन्हें छोटा समझा जाए, वहाँ कोई पूजा या सफलता कमी पूरी नहीं करती।
