Subhashitas Subhashita 420 meaning

uttamasya kshanam kopo madhyasya praharadvayam adhamasya tv-ahoratram papishtho na-iva muchyate

In the best of people anger lasts a moment; in ordinary people, a few hours; in lesser people, a day and a night. The worst never let go of it at all.

What it means
Getting angry is human; how long you hold it is the real measure. Try shrinking the time a little each time: from days to hours, from hours to minutes. That shrinking is growth you can actually track.
