Rigveda 10.129.4 meaning
kamas tad agre samavartat-adhi manaso retah prathamam yad aseet
sato bandhum asati niravindan hridi prateeshya kavayo maneesha
कामस्तदग्रे समवर्तताधि मनसो रेतः प्रथमं यदासीत्।
सतो बन्धुमसति निरविन्दन्हृदि प्रतीष्या कवयो मनीषा॥
In the beginning desire arose in it—the first seed of mind. Searching in their hearts with wisdom, the seers found the link between what exists and what does not.
What it means
Here desire is not a problem but the creative spark from which thought itself was born. And the deepest answers, the verse says, are found by searching within your own heart.हिंदी में अर्थ
शुरुआत में उसमें इच्छा जागी—मन का पहला बीज। ज्ञानी ऋषियों ने अपने हृदय में विवेक से खोजकर, जो है और जो नहीं है, उनके बीच का संबंध पाया।
यहाँ इच्छा कोई बुराई नहीं, बल्कि वह रचनात्मक चिंगारी है जिससे विचार जन्मा। सबसे गहरे उत्तर अपने हृदय के भीतर खोजने से मिलते हैं।
