अल्पमृत्यु नहिं कवनिउ पीरा। सब सुंदर सब बिरुज सरीरा।।
नहिं दरिद्र कोउ दुखी न दीना। नहिं कोउ अबुध न लच्छन हीना।।
No one died young, no one suffered any pain; all were beautiful and free of disease. No one was poor, sad or helpless; no one was ignorant or lacking good qualities.

सबके लिए सेहत, सम्मान, शिक्षा और गरीबी से मुक्ति — यही तुलसीदास का आदर्श राज्य है। अच्छे समाज की पहचान इस बात से होती है कि उसके सबसे कमज़ोर लोग कैसे जीते हैं।
