Ramcharitmanas 5.8.1 meaning

janatahoon as svami bisaree phirahin te kahe na hohin dukharee ehi bidhi kahat ram gun grama pava anirbachya bishrama

Even knowing the Lord is so kind, people forget him and wander — no wonder they suffer. Talking in this way about Rama's virtues, Hanuman and Vibhishana felt a peace beyond words.

What it means
We often know what is good for us and still forget it. Sitting with a friend and talking about what truly matters can bring a calm that no entertainment can. Make time for such conversations.

How it helps in real life

Spoken by Tulsidas.
