Knowing him to be a true devotee of the Lord, Sita felt deep affection; her eyes filled with tears and her body thrilled. 'Hanuman, I was drowning in an ocean of separation, and you have become my boat, my son.'

What it means
When you are drowning in sadness, one person who reaches you can feel like a lifeboat. Sita's words remind us how much a simple act of showing up for someone can mean.

How it helps in real life

Spoken by Sita.
