jasu raj priy praja dukharee so nripu avasi narak adhikaree
रहहु करहु सब कर परितोषू। नतरु तात होइहि बड़ दोषू॥
जासु राज प्रिय प्रजा दुखारी। सो नृपु अवसि नरक अधिकारी॥

नेतृत्व इस बात से आँका जाता है कि जिनकी ज़िम्मेदारी तुम पर है, वे कैसे हैं। अगर तुम्हारे भरोसे के लोग दुखी हैं, तो पद कुछ भी हो, तुम चूक गए।
