Mundaka Upanishad 3.2.4 meaning

n-ayam atma balaheenena labhyo na cha pramadat tapaso vapy alingat etair upayair yatate yas tu vidvans tasy-aisha atma vishate brahmadhama

This Self cannot be reached by the weak, nor by the careless, nor by discipline without the right purpose. But the wise one who strives with these means, strength, alertness and true discipline, enters the home of Brahman.

What it means
Inner growth is not for the faint-hearted. It takes strength, attentiveness and disciplined effort with a clear purpose. Spiritual life is not escape; it asks for your full courage.
