Mundaka Upanishad 3.2.2 meaning

kaman yah kamayate manyamanah sa kamabhir jayate tatra tatra paryaptakamasya kritatmanas tu ih-aiva sarve pravileeyanti kamah

One who keeps longing for desires, brooding over them, is reborn here and there because of those desires. But for one whose longing is fulfilled and who has found the Self, all desires dissolve right here.

What it means
Chasing one want after another keeps us restless forever. Contentment does not come from getting everything, but from finding what is already enough within. Then craving quietly falls away.
