Mundaka Upanishad 2.2.5 meaning

yasmin dyauh prithivee ch-antariksham otam manah saha pranaish cha sarvaih tam ev-aikam janatha atmanam anya vacho vimunchath-amritasy-aisha setuh

In it, sky, earth and the space between are woven, along with the mind and all the life-forces. Know that one alone as the Self, and let go of all other talk. This is the bridge to immortality.

What it means
So much of our energy goes into empty chatter and endless arguments. Drop the noise and turn toward what is essential. Clarity about the one thing that matters becomes a bridge over fear.

Spoken by Angiras.
