avidyayam antare vartamanah svayam dheerah panditammanyamanah
janghanyamanah pariyanti moodha andhen-aiva neeyamana yath-andhah
Living in the midst of ignorance, yet thinking themselves wise and learned, the deluded stumble around in circles, battered again and again, like the blind being led by the blind.
What it means
The most dangerous ignorance is the kind that thinks it is wisdom. Be careful whom you follow, and be careful about overestimating yourself. Choose guides who can actually see.
