Mundaka Upanishad 1.2.12 meaning

pareekshya lokan karmachitan brahmano nirvedam ayan n-asty akritah kritena tadvijnan-artham sa gurum ev-abhigachchet samitpanih shrotriyam brahmanishtham

After examining the worlds earned by actions, a seeker should grow detached, realising that the uncreated cannot be gained by doing. To know it, they should go, with firewood in hand, to a teacher who is learned in scripture and rooted in Brahman.

What it means
After achieving things, many people notice that no achievement fills the deepest need. That honest dissatisfaction is a turning point. It is the moment to seek a genuine teacher with humility.
