Mundaka Upanishad 1.2.13 meaning

tasmai sa vidvan upasannaya samyak prashantachittaya sham-anvitaya yen-aksharam purusham veda satyam provacha tam tattvato brahmavidyam

To that student who comes properly, whose mind is calm and senses settled, the wise teacher should fully explain the knowledge of Brahman, through which one knows the true, imperishable Being.

What it means
Real learning needs a calm, ready mind. When you approach someone wiser with openness instead of restlessness, they can give you their best. Preparing yourself is half the lesson.

Spoken by Angiras.
