Mandukya Upanishad 11 meaning

Prājña, the deep-sleep state, is 'M', the third letter, because it measures everything and because all things merge into it. One who knows this can take the measure of the whole world and becomes the place where all comes to rest.

What it means
Om closes with 'M', the lips sealing, just as the day closes in deep sleep where everything dissolves. Learning to let things settle and dissolve, not just to grasp, is a quiet kind of wisdom.

Spoken by Rishi.
