yah kamamanyoo prajahati raja patre pratishthapayate dhanam cha
visheshavich chrutavan kshiprakaree tam sarvalokah kurute pramanam
यः काममन्यू प्रजहाति राजा पात्रे प्रतिष्ठापयते धनं च।
विशेषविच्छ्रुतवान्क्षिप्रकारी तं सर्वलोकः कुरुते प्रमाणम्॥
The leader who lets go of lust and anger, places wealth in deserving hands, understands fine distinctions, is well-learned and acts swiftly — the whole world takes him as its standard.
