Mahabharata 5.33.24 meaning
nishchitya yah prakramate nantar vasati karmanah
avandhyakalo vashyatma sa vai pandita uchyate
निश्चित्य यः प्रक्रमते नान्तर्वसति कर्मणः।
अवन्ध्यकालो वश्यात्मा स वै पण्डित उच्यते॥
He begins only after deciding, does not stop halfway, wastes no time and keeps himself under control. Such a person is called wise.
