Mahabharata 3.313.121 meaning

tulye priyapriye yasya sukhaduhkhe tathaiva cha ateetanagate chobhe sa vai sarvadhanee narah

The one for whom the pleasant and unpleasant are the same, joy and sorrow the same, and past and future the same, is the person who truly owns every kind of wealth.

What it means
The richest person is not the one with the most, but the one least shaken. When praise and criticism, good days and bad, regrets and fears stop throwing you around, you have a wealth no market can touch.

Spoken by Yudhishthira.
