Mahabharata 3.278.27 meaning
manasa nishchayam kritva tato vach-abhidheeyate
kriyate karmana pashchat pramanam me manas tatah
मनसा निश्चयं कृत्वा ततो वाचाभिधीयते।
क्रियते कर्मणा पश्चात्प्रमाणं मे मनस्ततः॥
First one decides firmly in the mind, then speaks it in words, and afterwards carries it out in action. So my mind is my authority.
