Mahabharata 15.23.19 meaning
naham rajyaphalam putra kamaye putranirjitam
patilokan aham punyan kamaye tapasa vibho
नाहं राज्यफलं पुत्र कामये पुत्रनिर्जितम्।
पतिलोकानहं पुण्यान्कामये तपसा विभो॥
I do not long for the fruits of a kingdom won by my sons, my child. Through austerity, I seek the pure worlds where my husband dwells.

बेटा, मैं अपने पुत्रों के जीते राज्य के सुख नहीं चाहती। तप के द्वारा मैं उन पवित्र लोकों की कामना करती हूँ जहाँ मेरे पति हैं।
बरसों के संघर्ष के बाद कुंती महल के सुख छोड़ वन चुनती हैं। जीवन के कुछ पड़ावों पर सुख छोड़कर भीतर मुड़ना ही समझदारी है।
