Katha Upanishad 2.3.16 meaning
shatam ch-aika cha hridayasya nadyas tasam moordhanam abhinihsrit-aika
tay-ordhvam ayann amritatvam eti vishvann anya utkramane bhavanti
शतं चैका च हृदयस्य नाड्यस्तासां मूर्धानमभिनिःसृतैका।
तयोर्ध्वमायन्नमृतत्वमेति विष्वङ्ङन्या उत्क्रमणे भवन्ति॥
There are a hundred and one channels from the heart. One of them rises up to the crown of the head. Going up through it, one reaches immortality; the others lead in every direction at the time of departure.
