sa paryagach chukram akayam avranam asnaviram shuddham apapaviddham kavir maneeshee paribhooh svayambhoor yathatathyatorthan vyadadhach chashvateebhyah samabhyah

That Self is everywhere: radiant, bodiless, without wound or sinew, pure, untouched by evil. It is the seer, the wise one, all-encompassing and self-existent, who has set all things rightly in place for endless years.

What it means
Your deepest self cannot be wounded or stained. Mistakes, insults and injuries touch the body and mind, not the core of who you are. Remembering this gives a steady strength through hard times.
