Isha Upanishad 7 meaning

yasmin sarvani bhootany-atma-iv-abhood vijanatah tatra ko mohah kah shoka ekatvam anupashyatah

For the one who truly knows that all beings have become one's own Self, who sees oneness everywhere, what confusion can remain, and what sorrow?

What it means
Much of our grief comes from feeling separate and alone. When you feel deeply connected to all life, fear of loss loosens its grip. Oneness is the quiet medicine for sorrow.

Spoken by Rishi.
