Isha Upanishad 6 meaning
yas tu sarvani bhootany-atmany-ev-anupashyati
sarvabhooteshu ch-atmanam tato na vijugupsate
यस्तु सर्वाणि भूतान्यात्मन्येवानुपश्यति।
सर्वभूतेषु चात्मानं ततो न विजुगुप्सते॥
One who sees all beings within their own Self, and their own Self within all beings, no longer feels hatred or disgust for anyone.
What it means
Hatred needs a stranger, an 'other'. When you sense the same life in every person and creature, there is no one left to despise. Seeing yourself in others is the root of real kindness.हिंदी में अर्थ
जो सभी प्राणियों को अपनी आत्मा में देखता है और अपनी आत्मा को सभी प्राणियों में, वह फिर किसी से घृणा नहीं करता।
नफ़रत के लिए कोई पराया चाहिए। जब हर व्यक्ति और हर जीव में वही जीवन दिखे, तो घृणा किससे करोगे? दूसरों में खुद को देखना ही सच्ची करुणा है।
