Isha Upanishad 3 meaning
asurya nama te loka andhena tamasavritah
tans te prety-abhigachchanti ye ke ch-atmahano janah
असुर्या नाम ते लोका अन्धेन तमसाऽऽवृताः।
तांस्ते प्रेत्याभिगच्छन्ति ये के चात्महनो जनाः॥
There are sunless worlds wrapped in blind darkness. Those who betray their own true Self go to those worlds after they leave this life.
What it means
Ignoring your inner self is a kind of self-harm. A life spent only on the surface, never asking who you really are, slowly darkens. Make room to look inward before it becomes a habit not to.हिंदी में अर्थ
कुछ लोक ऐसे हैं जहाँ सूरज की रोशनी नहीं, जो घने अंधेरे से ढके हैं। जो लोग अपनी ही आत्मा को अनदेखा करते हैं, वे मरने के बाद उन्हीं लोकों में जाते हैं।
अपने भीतर को अनदेखा करना खुद को चोट पहुँचाना है। केवल बाहरी दौड़ में बीता जीवन धीरे-धीरे अंधेरा हो जाता है। समय रहते अपने भीतर झाँकना सीखो।
