yo yatra kushalah karye tam tatra viniyojayet
karmasv-adrishtakarma yah shastrajnopi vimuhyati
यो यत्र कुशलः कार्ये तं तत्र विनियोजयेत्।
कर्मस्वदृष्टकर्मा यः शास्त्रज्ञोऽपि विमुह्यति॥
Put each person on the work they are skilled at. Someone with no hands-on experience gets confused in the task, even if they know all the theory.
