Even a ruler without much learning can reach great prosperity by staying close to the wise and experienced — just as a tree near water flourishes.

What it means
You don't need to know everything yourself. Surround yourself with knowledgeable, experienced advisers and listen to them. Like a tree by a river, you will draw strength from their wisdom.

Spoken by Durdarshi the vulture.
