na ganasy-agrato gachchet siddhe karye samam phalam
yadi karyavipattih syan mukharas tatra hanyate
न गणस्याग्रतो गच्छेत्सिद्धे कार्ये समं फलम्।
यदि कार्यविपत्तिः स्यान्मुखरस्तत्र हन्यते॥
Do not rush to the front of a group. If the task succeeds, everyone shares the reward equally; if it fails, the one who spoke up loudest takes the blame.
