Chandogya Upanishad 7.26.2 meaning

aharashuddhau sattvashuddhih sattvashuddhau dhruva smritih smritilambhe sarvagrantheenam vipramokshah

When what you take in is pure, the mind becomes pure. When the mind is pure, memory of the truth becomes steady. When that memory is firm, all the knots of the heart come undone.

What it means
"Food" here means everything you take in — meals, media, company, conversations. Clean inputs lead to a clear mind, and a clear mind can finally untie the knots of worry and confusion.

Spoken by Sanatkumara.
