Chandogya Upanishad 6.13.2 meaning

atra vava kila tat somya na nibhalayase atra-iva kil-eti

Shvetaketu had put salt in water overnight and could not find it, yet every sip tasted salty. His father said: "In the same way, my dear, you do not see that Being here in the body — but it is right here."

What it means
Some things cannot be seen but can be tasted everywhere. You may not find the sacred by searching with your eyes, yet it flavours every moment, the way salt flavours every drop of water.

Spoken by Uddalaka.
