Chanakya Niti 8.10 meaning
nagnihotram vina veda na cha danam vina kriya
na bhavena vina siddhis tasmad bhavo hi karanam
नाग्निहोत्रं विना वेदा न च दानं विना क्रिया ।
न भावेन विना सिद्धिस्तस्माद्भावो हि कारणम् ॥
The Vedas are incomplete without the fire offering, a ritual is incomplete without giving, and nothing succeeds without sincere feeling. So inner feeling is the real cause of success.

Going through the motions isn't enough. Whether in prayer, work or relationships, results come from genuine intention and heart. Put real feeling into what you do, and it begins to work.हिंदी में अर्थ
अग्निहोत्र के बिना वेद अधूरे हैं, दान के बिना कर्मकांड अधूरा है और सच्चे भाव के बिना कोई सिद्धि नहीं मिलती। इसलिए भाव ही असली कारण है।
सिर्फ़ औपचारिकता निभाना काफ़ी नहीं। प्रार्थना हो, काम हो या रिश्ते, असली नतीजे सच्चे भाव से आते हैं। जो करो, दिल से करो।
