Chanakya Niti 8.11 meaning
na devo vidyate kashthe na pashane na mrinmaye
bhave hi vidyate devas tasmad bhavo hi karanam
न देवो विद्यते काष्ठे न पाषाणे न मृण्मये ।
भावे हि विद्यते देवस्तस्माद्भावो हि कारणम् ॥
God is not in wood, nor in stone, nor in clay. God lives in sincere feeling; that is why feeling is what truly matters.
What it means
Faith is about the heart, not the material of an idol or the grandeur of a temple. Sincere devotion turns any simple act into worship. What matters most is the love you bring.हिंदी में अर्थ
भगवान न लकड़ी में हैं, न पत्थर में, न मिट्टी में। भगवान भाव में बसते हैं, इसलिए भाव ही असली कारण है।
आस्था दिल की बात है, मूर्ति की धातु या मंदिर की भव्यता की नहीं। सच्चे भाव से किया छोटा काम भी पूजा बन जाता है।
