Chanakya Niti 7.10 meaning
anulomena balinam pratilomena durjanam
atmatulyabalam shatrum vinayena balena va
अनुलोमेन बलिनं प्रतिलोमेन दुर्जनम् ।
आत्मतुल्यबलं शत्रुं विनयेन बलेन वा ॥
Win over a stronger person by going along with them, a wicked person by opposing them, and an equal rival either by courtesy or by strength.
What it means
Strategy depends on who you're facing. Cooperate with those more powerful, stand firm against bad actors, and with equals choose diplomacy first, strength if needed. One approach doesn't fit all.हिंदी में अर्थ
बलवान को उसके अनुकूल चलकर, दुष्ट को उसका विरोध करके और बराबर के शत्रु को विनम्रता या बल से जीतो।
रणनीति सामने वाले पर निर्भर है। ताक़तवर से तालमेल रखो, बुरे लोगों के सामने डटे रहो, और बराबर वालों से पहले बातचीत, ज़रूरत पड़े तो ताक़त से निपटो।
