Chanakya Niti 5.11 meaning
daridryanashanam danam sheelam durgatinashanam
ajnananashinee prajna bhavana bhayanashinee
दारिद्र्यनाशनं दानं शीलं दुर्गतिनाशनम् ।
अज्ञाननाशिनी प्रज्ञा भावना भयनाशिनी ॥
Charity destroys poverty, good conduct destroys misfortune, insight destroys ignorance, and deep contemplation destroys fear.
