Chanakya Niti 16.10 meaning
gunaih sarvajnatulyopi seedaty eko nirashrayah
anarghyam api manikyam hemashrayam apekshate
गुणैः सर्वज्ञतुल्योऽपि सीदत्येको निराश्रयः।
अनर्घ्यमपि माणिक्यं हेमाश्रयमपेक्षते॥
Even someone almost all-knowing in ability struggles when alone and without support. A priceless ruby still needs a setting of gold.

तुम कितने भी प्रतिभाशाली हो, लोगों की ज़रूरत पड़ती है: मार्गदर्शक, साथी, जान-पहचान। अकेली प्रतिभा अक्सर अनदेखी रह जाती है। रिश्ते बनाओ और दूसरों की प्रतिभा को भी सहारा दो।
