Chanakya Niti 14.5 meaning

The clarity a person feels while hearing a spiritual talk, at a cremation ground, or when lying ill: if that state of mind stayed forever, who would not be freed from bondage?

What it means
We all have moments of sharp clarity about what really matters, usually at a funeral or in a hospital bed. Then normal life takes over. Find small ways to hold on to that perspective every day.

Spoken by Chanakya.
