Chanakya Niti 13.13 meaning
dehabhimana-galite jnanena paramatmanah
yatra yatra mano yati tatra tatra samadhayah
देहाभिमानगलिते ज्ञानेन परमात्मनः।
यत्र यत्र मनो याति तत्र तत्र समाधयः॥
When pride in the body melts away through knowing the Supreme Self, then wherever the mind goes, there it finds deep meditative stillness.
What it means
Peace isn't only found on a cushion or in a temple. When you stop identifying so tightly with your looks, status and ego, ordinary moments, washing dishes, walking, working, become calm and meditative.हिंदी में अर्थ
जब परमात्मा के ज्ञान से शरीर का अभिमान गल जाता है, तब मन जहाँ भी जाता है, वहीं उसे गहरी शांति और समाधि मिलती है।
शांति सिर्फ़ ध्यान के आसन या मंदिर में नहीं मिलती। जब रूप, रुतबे और अहं से पकड़ ढीली होती है, तो रोज़ के साधारण पल भी शांत और ध्यानमय हो जाते हैं।
