Chanakya Niti 12.12 meaning
anityani shareerani vibhavo na-iva shashvatah
nityam sannihito mrityuh kartavyo dharmasangrahah
अनित्यानि शरीराणि विभवो नैव शाश्वतः।
नित्यं सन्निहितो मृत्युः कर्तव्यो धर्मसङ्ग्रहः॥
Bodies don't last, and wealth is never permanent. Death is always close at hand. So gather good deeds while you can.
